He has led complex financial transformations — FP&A, profitability improvement, cash and working capital optimization, restructuring, and M&A — at companies such as Tarkett S.A., Delphi Technologies, and BorgWarner. His international career spanning North America and Europe gives him a pragmatic, execution-focused approach to financial challenges in demanding industrial environments.

Frédéric has conducted rigorous financial and valuation analyses throughout his career, including due diligence on multi-billion-dollar transactions, business divestitures, and SaaS asset valuations. He has also led digital finance transformation programs, driving significant efficiency gains through BI reporting automation and global financial consolidation.
