Brad Gordon

Brad has 20 years of experience in human resource (HR) management, working with Fortune 500 companies across industries such as food and beverage, financial services, building products, and aerospace and defense. He has worked both domestically in the US and internationally, living and working in the UK and Anguilla, BWI.

He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in human resources and industrial Relations from the University of Illinois.​

At Penon Partners, Brad leads the HR practice to help clients overcome talent and human resources challenges. He offers his expertise in the following areas: Interim HR Leadership, Talent Strategy Implementation, Total Rewards Planning, Culture Creation, and Organization Design.
