Bart Van Ackere

Bart is a pragmatic and results-driven IT & ERP leader with over 20 years of experience in managing and supporting SAP programs across multiple industries, including steel, pharmaceuticals, flooring, chemicals, and plastics. He has worked extensively with midsize to large multinational companies, leading international SAP roll-outs, carve-outs, rebranding initiatives, and authorization model redesigns across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

Throughout his career, Bart has demonstrated a strong ability to align IT operations with business needs. He successfully optimized SAP support structures by implementing customer-centric support models and formalizing collaboration between IT and business teams. He has also negotiated and managed complex service contracts with major IT providers, ensuring robust SLA performance and cost control.
