Kristin Ruble

Kristin's career reflects a consistent record of driving enterprise value through technology. She has overseen Opex/Capex budgets in excess of $20M annually, led global infrastructure roadmaps spanning more than 200 locations across multiple continents, and made strategic decisions that have generated an estimated $25M in cumulative savings for the organizations she has served.

Her technical command spans ERP architecture and implementation — including SAP, Sage, and Microsoft Dynamics — as well as enterprise development in C#, .NET, and SQL. A recognized authority in information security and risk management, Kristin has built and executed security programs aligned with NIST 800-53, PCI, SOX, and GDPR requirements, and has directed Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programs with aggressive recovery objectives.

Her security portfolio includes deep operational experience with platforms such as Splunk, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco NGFW, and AWS security architecture.

Throughout her career, Kristin has held senior leadership positions including Director of IT/Head of Security, Senior Director of IT Infrastructure and Security, and Vice President of Process and Technology, at organizations including Ilumivu, MYR Group, TEAM Industrial Services, Allied International Pipes and Fittings, and 99¢ Only Stores. In these roles, she has built IT organizations from the ground up, led technology integration for mergers and acquisitions, and directed cross-functional teams of 25 or more.

At Penon, Kristin leads IT and Security engagements for clients to translate complex technology initiatives into clear business outcomes, operational resilience, and sustained cost efficiency.
