What is the difference between ‘Rapid Lean’ and conventional Kaizen Lean?

Rapid Lean requires the Lean Black Belt consultant to analyze the company’s processes including time studies of each process step, focused on identifying and eliminating waste, while balancing the workload for each employee based on daily customer demand.
