Context
A global leader in automated software testing tools needed support to launch two key HR initiatives: an individual leadership 360 feedback survey process and a team 360 feedback survey. With limited internal resources and no budget for permanent hire, the client faced a tight timeline and high project complexity, risking delays and burnout for their HR team.
Accomplishment
The main goal of this engagement was to launch these two surveys to the global workforce.
- Survey content creation: We collaborated with internal stakeholders to develop effective survey questions, ensuring the content was relevant to leadership and team dynamics, and aligned with the client’s organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: We facilitated stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle, aligning key stakeholders to ensure the surveys would receive the necessary support and participation from all levels of the organization.
- Survey testing: To ensure data accuracy and integrity of the survey software tool, we conducted thorough testing of the surveys to identify any potential issues before full deployment.
- Project plan development: We developed a comprehensive project plan to define deliverables, timelines, and key milestones for both survey processes, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic goals.
- Change management plan: Recognizing the importance of smooth adoption and buy-in from leadership and employees, we created a tailored change management plan to guide the organization through the transitions associated with the new survey processes.
Outcome
With Penon Partners’ support, the client successfully launched both surveys on time and with high quality, without overburdening the internal HR team. The survey implementation helped the company to foster growth, improve performance, and strengthen organizational culture.
